Free pregnancy test in an advertisement?

I heard this on the radio that in another country they have a free pregnancy test in a crib advertisement. A woman has to urinate on it (sort of like you do for a normal pregnancy test) and if she is pregnant the advertisement changes into a coupon of sorts! How neat is that? yet at the same time.. how gross? I have worked retail. I've seen people hand over all sorts of coupons, cash, cards from some questionable -places with questionable smells. I would not want to take that coupon!!! is it true? I haven't had a chance to totally verify this... and I will check into it more when I get some more time when all kids are in bed! Update: apparently it is in fact true! and luckily they don't have to "hand in the coupon" !
A positive test result will reveal a hefty discount on an Ikea crib, Adweek says.

I don´t understand what does a pregnancy test have to do with a crib and a coupon although I would find it good it they gave free pregnancy tests.
