Doing Things That You Hate

January 12, 2018 4:12am CST
Have you experience that? That you are forced to do the thing you hate the most. Today, I was offered a skills scholarship. Electrical and Installation Maintenance. Oh God! Why does it have to deal with electricity. Not that I got phobia on electricity, but it had a lot of systems to memorize. My class started at 4 pm and I've got to review what I have learned in electromagnetism. But I was a bit late. Good thing, my instructor was a good man. At first i was hesitant to enter because that was not my line of expertise. Once the class started, I also started to pay attention to my instructor. At first, it was a bit complicated but if you followed the process well, you're going to do well in class. I listened attentively and I got good remarks from my instructor. Now, I started to love Electrical and Installation Maintenance. I promised to myself that I am going to have a good performance in my class.

Doing this are not really bad at all. Especially when you start to realize that the more you hate at the start, is the more you love at the end. Though it doesn't mean it can be applied on everything, as it may seems.

I realized that doing something that is out of your comfort zone makes you learn more.

i just know the basics on electricity, such as turn off the breaker first before you disconnect the wires from the overhead lights.

I learned how to install the wires correctly. And for a first timer, I really did well.
