I created a profile in workabroad website and three days ago, I received a call from a Canadian Immigration Agency in my country. They're not offering a job for me in Canada but a chance to migrate in Canada. According to them, my current work experience is on the priority list of jobs in the said country and I'll be able to migrate there through the Federal Skilled Program - Express Entry.
I am thrilled of course but now, I am doubtful.
Pros:
* Better life I think
* A well-paid job
* Country benefits
* New environment
Cons:
* Very far from my country
* Cold weather (but I think I'll get used to it in time)
* Not sure if I'll pass the IELTS exam
* I don't think I can gather the needed money for the "Show Money" policy something (if only salary deduction is available then that would be okay)
UPDATE:
My husband and I decided not to proceed in the processing of papers for immigration. I feel like I'm throwing away an opportunity however, I also think that it's the best for us.

I do live in Canada, and honestly, Canada is a good place to live in. I'm not saying that you should move here, or that it's the best thing for you do, but it can't hurt to look for jobs up here and look into it. That's just my two cents.

A lot of people do say that Canada is a land of opportunities and people are family oriented. I see that you are in Quebec, does your place speaks more in French? I've been browsing job bank and every time there's a job in located in Quebec, the information in the site is in french and I'll let my browser translate it.

@renicemae Depends on where you are in Quebec. Where I live is on the island of Montreal. I'm in the west part of the island. Mostly just called West Island. It's pretty English speaking in this area. Quebec in general is mostly French speaking though.

I have verified it to the Security and Exchange Commission and found out that it really is a legitimate Immigration Agency.
Yeah, unfortunately it's just an immigration agency not a job agency so they didn't offer me a job in your country. But they had told me to assist me in finding a job in your place. My husband is reluctant and we decided not to proceed in the processing of migration.
I feel like I'm throwing an opportunity.

I see. Thank you for this realistic insight. I thought of Canada as a place like paradise.
