Grilled Milkfish

One of the best recipe for milkfish, or as we call it as bangus, is through grilling.
Grilling differs from one place to another. In my place we cut the upper portion of the fish then we fill it with the combination of sliced tomatoes, onions, pepper, added with some seasoning like soy sauce among others.
Then we do the grilling over the charcoal. Some wrapped it with aluminum foil but most do it as it is until it is thoroughly cooked.
When served sizzling dip of soy sauce with calamansi, the best for lunch and dinner.

Oh you should come to my place, the seller are everywhere, many vendor are selling grilled bangus and usually they can be found in the side of the road.

Maybe because we are near Dagupan city, the bangus capital of the Philippines, or because some fishermen here are actually doing bangus raising.

Summer or not this fish is being sold in the road sides by vendors in our place. It's easy now to buy grilled milkfish in our place.
