Nowadays many are using honey.some say it's really good for health and good substituent for sugar.even though it is good enough and better when compared to sugar.it is really not so good using it too much.it contains fructose and sugar. so using it less is better.
How often you use honey In foods you take?.do you think it is really beneficial one..?.can one replace sugar with honey?.what are the best substitutes for sugar?

I will never replace sugar where I am used to it. I take honey everyday in my milk in the night.

Pure honey is considered better than sugar because sugar is repeatedly treated with a some chemicals. Pure honey is not easily available.

Pure hone can be a good substitute to sugar but the problem is where can we find it.Most honeys sold in the markets nowadays are commercially prepared and have little to no honey in them. It's also difficult to recognize real honey than fake ones.

@kareemadivina yeah that's true really.some say to mix up teaspoon honey in a glass of water..if it settled down without dissolving it is pure one..I don't know how far this works.everything is very impure now.

I think the only reason they advocate honey over white sugar is because of the vitamins and minerals that come with honey which is normally absent in refined sugar.
The movement on I QUIT SUGAR recommends Rice Malt Syrup because it doesn't contain fructose which is the culprit for weight gain. But it's not cheap, and end of the day it is still a processed product. General rule, anything processed, is probably not good in the long run.
Honey would still be my best pick, or Natural Maple Syrup. Moderation is still key.
