Moody day

January 15, 2018 11:08pm CST
I am feeling very down today for no reason. I dont know whats wrong with me. Everything just looks so dark and eerie today. I tried watching movies but that did not work. I tried listening to music but it helped temporarily. It got worst during night time. What do you think I should do?

Why not try to go out of your house and visit church, mall or park and enjoy the beauty of the nature. There's so much thing that you can do.
