Well, that's true haha ! but that was before, now anybody of us here in the office can take a picture of our mess in our table whether we like it or not and report it as " watch card". They're looking at the sustainability.

@JSAph8888 The person will get a points, all points she/he got will be added to the performance rating at the end of the semester of the year, our performance rating here has a big impact to our salary increase.
