Gall stones

Has anyone had gall stones, or pain like having gall stones AFTER your gall bladder was removed? My doctor said that I can still get gall stones after it's removal because the "hose" to the gall bladder is still there, but she didn't offer any advice on how to keep from getting gall stones or how to get rid of them once you do! I have done some research and it all says eat "Low Fat" I do. My husband has high cholesterol so we watch out for that sort of thing. I am drinking a lot of milk, 1% because I am pregnant. Is dairy a factor?

I had my gall bladder removed about 6 years ago and I have never had a gall stone or pain since it was removed. (When it was removed I had at least 125 stones in it, but they stopped counting.) I did not eat a lot of high fat items, nor did I drink a lot of dairy. I was not the "poster" person for a person with gall bladder disease. I was also told there is a very slight chance for a recurring stone, but nothing that would cause me any discomfort--they'd dissolve.
