You should take time out of your busy day to do breathing exercises. It really do help to reduce stress and to help you feel better. Try it sometimes when you feel yourself getting upset or if you just need a mid day boost. I find if you combine breathing exercises with stretching/yoga exercises and walking you will increase your productivity during the day as well. Please share your experiences with breathing exercises. How do it make you feel afterwards?

I strongly support some time for personal prayer/ meditations. It helps clear my head, refocus or focus, and relax. The world is way to much digital time and not enough nature / personal time.

I like walking everyday.It's good to my health.I agree that breathing exercises is useful.Sometimes I do that.

I think they really helps but since i`m running most of the time it`s difficult to do that.
