I have serious teeth problems. And I have a huge fear of the dentist. I have panic attacks in the chair. I don't know why, but my teeth have serious problems, even if I take care of them. They changed their colour (orange) and they fall because of decay. I am young and I lost many of my teeth. Nobody knows the cause. I don't have one tooth without a cavity. And what worries me is my fear of the dentist. I have panic attacks and they don't want to receive me. Anyone has some tips how to handle this?

Maybe praying before going? I know spending time with God relaxes me before anything stressful.

I also have a fear of dentist when I was young. I cried a lot when I am already sitting on a chair. My mom will calm me down. But then, I always tell to myself that this is for myself also. If I want to have a good teeth for me to smile properly and neatly, then I should do this. And when they began to put the numb gel, that my cue to close me eyes so that I wouldn't know what they are doing to my teeth. I know you can do this! This is for your own good too.

I fear a lot. My hear beats faster and faster while waiting for my turn. I just want it to be over. Whenever I go in, I closed my eyes. That way I don't know what they are doing. Mouth wide open and thinking of God to help me.
That's me.
