U S Highway 101 reopens on Sunday

Jim Shivers who is the spokesman of the California Department of Transportation announced the good news that U S Highway 101 that was flooded on all lanes since January 9, 2018 due to the extreme storm conditions that brought down trees and boulders. Crews of the California Department of Transportation worked around the clock to clean up the debris from the disaster that closed the use of the highway for a period of twelve days. Amtrak did provide passengers extra trains to transport passengers in the affected area to get to their destinations while the highway was closed.

I know what you mean since when there is heavy rains in South Louisiana the main highways are flooded big time.
