What Makes An Airline Extra Special?

What do you love about your favourite Airline? For me, it's the frequent flyer miles, and the coffee. I've been flying Air Canada for over 10 years, and every time I go somewhere, I drink all the Second Cup Coffee I can hold. LOL
My last trip was no exception. As you can see from the map in the picture, I'm flying from Newark New Jersey back to Toronto Ontario. I was coming back from one of the most fun weeks of my life.
What are the little things you like about your favourite airlines?

I love flying. So far I've flown to Europe once, within Canada a couple of times, and all over the USA.

For me El Al is the best airlines because they have great security and you do not have to ask for Kosher Food.

I would say it boils down to the service provided by the airline from securing tickets to boarding, to the service while in the air, and to landing and getting one's luggage. My main concern is always the flight leaving and arriving on time.
