Hi all! I figured I would share my workout routine. This is what I did everyday and now I am seeing results. I am very basic with the formats used, I do have a gym membership but at this time I am unable to afford the gas to get to it (prepaid membership when I was working). I alternate Day 1 and Day 2 everyday. Sometimes I will switch out an exercise.
Also to add, I just started walking last week. I have walked a total of 6 miles on top of the daily exercise. I plan to walk 8 miles this week. Also, each week I increase the number of times or amount of times I do things, for example the first week I could barely squat, so I would do 5 squats.
1st Day(I do all 5x, for example 10 pushups x5 for 50 total):
15 right side crunches
15 left side crunches
30 second Russian twists
45 second plank
15 pushups
20 squats
30 second mountain climbers
30 second jumping jacks
10 burpees
Day 2 (all x6):
10 right leg lifts
10 left leg lifts
10 both leg lifts (x3 instead of 6)
10 butterfly legs (x3 instead of 6)
15 calf raises
20 squats
25 crunches
10 plank jumping jacks
10 plank alternators (not sure what this is actually call, you alternate from a plank position to a push up position)
What do you like to do on your daily workout routine?

I'm sorry to hear you are sick, I hope you feel better. Swimming sounds fun. I wish I knew how to swim

@taciaelisepeace It is fun. I'm good today and will be back in the pool tomorrow. Roads are too slick today to go out.

Nice! Those all sound like good ways to exercise without while just enjoying yourself.

I enjoy it! and nice, you cannot go wrong with just walking either. I live with unpredictable weather and a not-so-nice area of town, I fit in what I can.
