I have tried some spells some times they work and some times they don't. I burn candles, I was burning candles and stopped burning them, and seems like everything is going wrong a lot of negative energy around me. go to my post about when it rain it pours, I have been having so much bad luck. I half to go get more candles, I have this Money spell. I don't use it ut I am going to start using it.

I wish they worked the way it shows on TV, life would be so much easier! TV and movies are all a bunch of bull IMO, nothing close to the real thing. Not speaking for others (learned my lesson on that) but for me a spell is the same as a prayer would be for another religion. I am channeling my energies in a desired direction, sometimes I get what I want and other times I don't. I don't need a gazillion props or to wait for the right time of day/night/whatever else. No cauldron or boiled newt, just me, myself and I work perfectly fine. Elaborate processes might work great for others but some of us don't need it.

There are a couple of websites you could check out that could assist you in learning more about Wicca. One is wwwbewticheingways.com/wicca/wicca.htm the other is a newer website...http//www.sacredchamberz.com. Scott Cunningham has written many excellent books on Wiccian practices, spells, and one book in particular...Wicca for the Solitary Practioner will provide a lot of what you are looking for. Good luck on your journey of discovery!

Well we don't float pencils or anything :-D but for the most part, yes they do. I also tend to look at spells as prayers. Sometimes you get what you ask for, and sometimes you don't. It is my opinion that, the times you don't, it is because our Lady of light and love has something else more important in mind. And, of course, the spell has to be performed correctly and everything must be in balance. One important thing that no one has yet to add: you have to BELIEVE that it will work. Remember, Wicca is more than just casting spells. We are a religion. You must have faith that the spell you are casting WILL work or you might as well forget it.

In our country there is saying, at one time atleast in a day Ma saraswati(Godess of education and knowledge)comes and sits on your tongue, at that time whatever you say comes out to be true, so whatever one should speak should do with caution. Many a times it has happened that what I have said has come out to be true.

yes, they work..but before make a spell you have to learn to feel the earth's energy..energy is all and IN all, when you understand that you make the things happens :)
