Buying brands made in unethical conditions such as child labor

Does it make you uncomfortable to learn that a product you have a preference for like jeans and t-shirts was made with child labor or in unethical conditions? Would you continue to patronize the brand or ignore that truth? It's a thorny issue here in Nigeria and many persons prefer closing their eyes to the fact that clothes from some Asian countries were made with child labor just because they are cheaper. But the costs in human terms is horrible.

We will have to identify exactly which products to be fair and be sure it's not made up by competitors. It also has to be backed by evidences and decisions from the country or countries involved. I think diamonds are the same

I would definitely stop patronising such product. I have a son and I cannot tolerate anybody abusing children.

Thats bad but the circumstances are like that ,they work . Its better than stealing .

I almost forgot about this but I forgot the celebrity who was trying to share this awareness. If I remember it correctly there was a chocolate brand that uses kids to harvest these and it was shown in the media.
