It's been awhile since I've opened mylot but here I am once again. So on the second I started dieting. (Should have been the 1st but we were camping and who can deny a banana split lol). So since then I got my husband on board and we've been doing pretty good until he got sick, now I'm sick so our workouts have totally slacked off. Hopefully I'm feeling better soon I finally broke down and made a dr. Appointment hopefully he'll advise something because I'm going on 2 weeks of this. Positive side I'm 12 pounds down and a pant size down!

Congrats on your weight loss and very sorry your routine was interrupted! And you were both doing so well. What kind of sickness?

@farbuoloxusy Take lots of vitamin C and you'll be up fighting in no time. Remember resting is important too.

I don't think I'm loosing to fast. It has been monitored by a dr. It's just a healthier diet verse binge eating junk and I am also working out as I was doing nothing before.

No I'm not. I was seriously over weight so it's easy to loose in the beginning. I'm just eating healthier fish, chicken fruits and veggies verse binge eating junk food.
