Weird Word Wednesday: Boondoggle

I am sure none of you folks has ever been guilty of boondoggling. I'll bet you have a co-worker or child who has though! I just love this word. It's a fun one! Now, I have an important question! Do people who live in the boondocks boondoggle?

I did spend some time as a kid in the boondocks of west Texas. Perhaps that is why I have created many boondoggles to live through along the way.

Oh yes I do know people like that. My neighbor upstairs makes it sound like he is busy by dragging furniture any time he wants to. Very cool word by the way.
