If you were to see yourself back in time

Some things were decided in the past that kept us musing at present. Some of these things can be what will affect one's life negatively. And some positively for a short while. But the positive option that will last the last span was never taken. In this kind of situation, what is the best way to make the mind at ease with whatever option that might have been taken?

There is nothing we can do to change the past, so we should just move on the best we can.

Whatever your decision is, make sure it makes you happy.

Hi and Welcome. We can't for sure change what that happened in the past, for bad or good. I believe the best thing to do is acceptance in order to move on and not holding back negative memories It's just wasting our energies.

Just learn from the past experience. Admit where you messed up, fix it. Forgive others that might have done you wrong, know that it will come back to bite them. Acknowledge the other things happened out of your control. Most importantly just try to find happiness within yourself.
