So as of lately i've been watching fully raw kristina and her videos on how to go fully raw and she seem like a nice person you know just wants people to go raw but the problem is that if i should ever have to do something like that i would miss my rice and pasta and my other cooked vegan meals. Now im not in anyway saying its bad or unhealthy im just saying that at some point in my life i will want cooked food like for example i may want cooked oatmeal and a glass of tea for breakfast and i dont want to be depriving myself of something like cooked beans and lentil stew which by the way is one of my favorite dishes to make at home. And that is one of my moms specialty dishes that she's really good at making and because i'm vegan i have to tell her not to add the pig tail to the rice when she is making my supper oopsy used a word you don't recognize what i meant to say is that she should not add pork to mine haa better! Anyway if you don't understand what i mean by fully raw i am talking about a vegan that doesn't eat cooked foods no cooked food and eats plants that are in their raw form like banana pineapples watermelons they also avoid certain raw vegetables like potatoes since you have to cook those now there is something that you must understand about the fully raw community. that you may not know is that they are different types of fully raw vegans out there there is a fruitarian which basically means that they dont vegetables but literally there is a whole bunch of fruit that they consume now they are some food combining rules you should kind of follow but generally speaking the most important thing you should understand is that they eat plenty of fruit all day and they dont eat anything else. now there is also a fully raw vegan that eats both fruit nuts, seeds and vegetables but they dont cook them.So i just wanted to break that down for you and tell you about the fully raw lifestyle now there are cons to doing something like this and in no way am i promoting it but i just want to talk about it for a few minute and tell you all what its about. Now lately i have been watching freelee's channel she brings out good things in her video about that stuff now i may try it for my diabetes yeah id try it but it would be for short time like 3 weeks and then see how i feel about it and see if my diabetes goes away or not. Wish me luck!

The only raw food I eat are vegetables in salad, fruits and nuts. I tried going vegan once when I was young but it sapped me out of my energy. I'm a meat eater but once it a while I fast to lessen the toxins in my body.

@shauntegll _ . It was when I join a Yoga group that encourage a vegan diet which I tried but it didn't work out for me. I was into sports and work out in the gym during my youth. A meatless diet wasn't giving me enough protein

I plan to go raw for five days every week this entire year. I will steam my tomatoes because like sweet potatoes , cabbage and a few other veggies - you can only get all the nutrients if they are cooked.
