Why you don't have to be afraid of mummies

Mummies, when portrayed in science fiction and horror settings, are reanimated corpses--basically ancient Egyptian zombies. But as we all know, a zombie can only be killed by destroying its brain. Which is why the morticians of ancient Egypt took preventative measures to avoid reanimation, by removing the brains of the dead by means of a hook through the nose. This renders the trope of a cursed mummy rising from their sarcophagus to take vengeance, utterly impossible in real life. I hope this helped you over come your fear of mummies. And if it didn't, that's totally understandable. They are pretty creepy.

I have never felt scared to the mummies. I think every country has its own zombies
