The sun is not shinning.

In this part of the coast the day starts chilly and gray. The sun does not shine until noon sometimes. It has to do with the water that the heat of the sun evaporates as it comes out at dawn. This calls for a late good morning from bed.

Unfortunately no. I'd feel wasteful of using the electric and probably couldn't bring myself to use one anyway though.
