Three men are called heroes for saving a mom and her child from an apartment fire

Corey Warren who is a maintenance supervisor at the New Horizon Apartments which is located in Memphis Tennessee received an emergency call from one of his employees to tell him a fire was breaking out in one of the rooms in the building on Wednesday afternoon. Warren along with security guard Bryant Curtis and assistance maintenance supervisor Ocie Boyd then went to the apartment building where the fire started due to food being left in the oven for a long period of time then it was necessary. By the time three men arrived at the fire scene, Officer Curtis was able to take the four year old boy to safety but his mom was shocked that the apartment where she was living was burning down before her eyes. Then Boyd and Warren grabbed the woman out of the apartment building that was on fire and took her to safety. When the firefighters arrived on the scene of the fire, both the mom and the four year old son were treated for smoke inhalation. Even though the mom and her son as well as the husband of the mom lost their belongings due to the fire in their apartment, the Red Cross is letting them stay in a hotel until they find a new place to stay. The three brave men who saved the lives of the mother and child are now called heroes for their act of bravery.
