It Cost about #1.1 billion to clean office of the National security adviser to President of Nigeria

Hello people.... Nigeria, as been reported by the media, the present administration are fighting corruption in all spheres of Government parastatals. The present President has informed the world that his predecessor was corrupt and he and his government will flush corruption out of the country please answer me, how can the same administration use exactly N1.1 billion to clean the office of the National Security Adviser to the president? Does this in good mind and conscious depicts the Presidency claims of fighting corruption and making a country like Nigeria better
