Baubles are winter themed balls that an be traded for buildings, decoations and other seasonal items. You can purchase them but if you plan it our right and do certain quests you can be rewarded with plces or buildings that yeild baubles. I only have two of the buildings so far; Belgian Cafe and Storyteller's House. If you complete a couple of the animal pens you'll be rewrded with a structure that gives you baubles when it reaches maturity – after that it resets and you can earn the baubles again. Some of the larger buildings include the Palace of Winter, Prague Cathedrial, London Concert Hall, Canadian Paralament and Christmas Market. I was doing a timed quest that rewarded you with the Christmas Market but it ended before I could complete the tasks. My next goal is to get the Magical Christmas Tree when it is available but I'd love to add the Wish Station to the train platform. One word of warning, when they change to wrapped candy they will offer you a 5:1 conversion which isn't worth it so try to spend them or use them before that happens.
