Today I learned that Abraham Lincoln was once accused of being two-faced, as with most politicians. In response, he asked "Honestly, if I were two-faced, would I be showing you this one?" Another reason why he's my favorite president.

Point well taken. His birthplace isn’t too far from where I live, and I love to go there at least once a year. Beautiful scenery in addition to the historical significance.
