About Half A Million Students of Tenth Grade Don't want to Take Exam in India !

In India with a stern Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh who is very strict has announced Tenth grade exams which is being conducted by Board of the respective states. But this time despite of this very strict and positive Chief Minister about half a million of students have decided not to participate in the exams! Reason? This time Chief Minister made all the arragements where the students can't make any effort to cheat or copy in the exams which used to be the regular feature there. Big Mafias used to get involved in this act of copying! They used to collect certain amount from the parents of dullard students and used to supply them the papers with ansers written on them! Disgusting ....but this is the fact...Uttar Pradesh is a place which is beyond repair...with this new Chief Minister ...I hope things will be in order! Your valuable comments please! Thanks!
