Woemen gives lot of importance to passion, love and affection, politeness, courtesy, they do not want to hurt any body is feeling and they want cheerful and plesant atomosphere whereever they are. Hence they think too much about pros and cons of what will be happen if we say a particular thing and reply or say in such a way it creates a plentness or avoids a ugly sceen without lowering their dignity. In fact they are most intellgient, they are always giving a advanced reply to a men's question. Men are not much bothered about uglyness in a situation, they reply to the factual position without any colour to reduce it.Hence it appears some times appears that woemens are not giving correct reply. They also know that you will think like that, still at the cost of the own dignity itself they are behaving in that way to please other person or to reduce unplessentness in a situation If you think, they are not intelligent, you are a very hard core stupid.
