There are times when we felt down and low. We made mistakes sometimes but it doesn't mean we can't go on with life. There's always a brighter side of life. Just believe and move on. This should be our motivation to go on. Believe in yourself, and have faith you can do better.

There are times that you don't feel your best and it can happen to all of us, even to the most confident ones. This can happen when you fail to meet expectations whether from others or from yourself. It can happen especially when you met rejections at work or from relationships.Maybe what we need is to take our time to recharge our energy. You should divert your attention to things that you can do better instead of dwelling on negative feelings in order to develop your self confidence again.

Yes, there is a saying in Hindi which means that every dark night there is followed by bright morning! So ups and downs are part and parcel of our life and we are there to tackle them confidently...loosing confidence will never serve the purpose of achieving success! Thanks dear @chavezrmc ! Have a great time!
