Hate Or Pride

The flag of the confederates means a lot to the southern people but then it also means a lot to the blacks and others that are not from the south. Is this far for people to shun a symbol of pride for some and hate for others just because some people decided to use it in a hateful way. Personally I think not words dont stop you from breathing unless your skin is only so deep.

I think we shouldn't waste our time worrying about a flag. We have much bigger things to worry about.

@William21001 People worry and get butt hurt over anything. Strong minded people look past all the nonsense and focus on the bigger picture. I think more people should be focused on the bigger picture.

I personally look at it as part of the history of the USA. Some will love it some will hate it but it is a part of history.

If the stars and bars is to be banned as a symbol of hate, then the Black Panther salute needs to be banned as a symbol of hate.
