Today I learned I have a doctor's appointment on Tuesday, which means after that's over I have to put up with Provide-A-Ride... I might just cancel.

They've left me stranded at the hospital twice because I wasn't showing up in their system for whatever reason. Also, they take forever to pick up the phone and they make you listen to scratchy music while you're on hold.
