I have a privilege to live in one of the most beautiful city's in the world, and in that beautiful city was a gorgeous event "festival de llum' or festival of light.Part of Barcelona, Poble Nou, was bright with thousands of light guided with artistic masters of light from all over the world.With production of more then 30 different art installations my heart was again full and in love in this beautiful city once again. I hope you visited Barcelona with or without this festival because it is filled with all of art, music, history architecture...and most of all with soul

Can you tell me the significance of the festival of lights? In India, we refer to Diwali as the festival of lights.

It doesnt have any significance in sense of history,religion,tradicion.Barcelona even if she have all of that very rich, is going in directly into very progresive technological and digital era with tons of startups,conferences...So this is one of the ways to bring visual artist from all over the world and to make their city more beautiful.
