The perceptions can certainly determine whether there will be effective solutions. What some choose to perceive can alter their entire direction. The unfortunate situations has lead so many to believe that trying to intervene in a path will discontinue to path. The determination can lead a person to their greatness. The thoughts in which so many have projected continues to prove the theory. There seems to be more focus on trying to create decreases instead of increases.
