Is this Serious in Texas

I heard from a local Newspaper that many died of the flu in Texas and they have the data of past few weeks and it was not updated and was saying that the death toll can rise a lot as they are still not able to detect the problem and may be there is not proven medication to heal the things, sorry i am not aware about it properlly but i like to know if its true and how bad the conditions are.
I am hopeful that things get sorted out soon and my prayers are for that.
please share updates about Texas flu issue.

Yes. The flu has taken the lives of so many in the USA this year. Sad.

I have not heard about this Flu issue. Is it swine flu or something else. May be I will check in the news.

@thesupersingh Not sure if this is the same flu but Texas was calling it the Australian Flu lol cause apparently it's our fault.
But yeah seriously it's very scary how a simple flu can be fatal.
