Midnight hunger

Yesterday I didn't ate my dinner properly and also I didn't fall asleep soon .In the my middle of the night my tummy started to produce different sound because of hunger
.Suddenly I went to kitchen and ate cookies and coconut burfi.Somewhat I get normal after eating.
What would you do if you get hunger in middle of the night?

No most of the have at 8 pm..Some may have even at 7 .
At 10 pm also some may have.
Depending upon the schedule they take.
