Poetry or Love Letters which is more romantic?

I think Poetry is more romantic than writing love letters. Besides I love writing poetry, more so when I was younger. Which to you is more romantic, poems or letters?

i go for love letters for in love letters i won't think of rhyming the words but what are the words in my heart while im writing the letter for someone special...

In my case it was letters and if he would have written me a poem it would have been very good of course. I have written poems about him and he knows that and likes them very much.
