What is so compromising about being a snob?

The photo was taken 11 years ago after my plan of cycling around Shaanxi Province of China had succeeded, over 4700 km in 32 days. The video below records the special experiences of mine:A Challenging Cycling of 9000 li Around Shaanxi Province ; I don't intend to be ignorant and close-minded to partake in gossip. In my opinion, a normal relationship is, at any rate, a relation of perfect equality. Social hierarchy, however is prevalent and institutionalizes inequality. As a civil servant,or a follower of many ‘Kings’, you have realized sadly that your circumstances are overrun with all kinds of ‘Kings’ and 'minions', you have to be looking over your shoulder at your master once in a while. A big cheese get used to looking down upon you as his errand-man and humble slave. When you are in company he always seemes to dominate the conversation. You have to cater to his every whim.So does he, to suit the higher rank to the guy's wishes he has to be always obedient. That's life. You are forced to adapt in order to survive. Otherwise, you may lose not only your job, but your self-respect and even your reason for living. Is that true? Do I have to be a snob? No! If I am unwilling to be bullied into the process of servility, I must seek an instrument of emancipation. It's nonsense to sigh deeply at the thought that there is nowhere to hide and nowhere to run. No one has the right to humiliate me and grind me down without my permission. If I am in a mess and can see no way out, sit still and think it over. Do I still nurse an ambition to bring myself a feeling of freedom? I work freelance on a part-time basis from home for over ten years. Do I want to move another step? Anyway, to lead the life of a recluse is better than to be a flunkey.

This is why I prefer doing it online rather than being working for some one else.

Most flunkies ARE snobs. They take after their masters or in some cases even outdo them with their pretentious behavior and role-aping activities.

Sure it is unpleasant to deal with these guys, their vulgar words, their coarse manners... Anyway, being sometimes annoyed by them is a sore trial to any upright and noble men whose experience of learning to be broad and tolerant may reward them sooner or later. On the contrary The flunkies are normally worry and misgiving. The best response to the evil deeds is to smile away and sweep the influence out off our mind.
