What is necessary. There should be movements occurring in order to achieve further developments. There should be thoughts of progress and in order to do so there will need to be actions. The action will create the results needed in order to produce further growth. Persons refusing to allow the growth will witness that their actions can cause their decline. It's amazing that so many would perform actions which can create less stability for communities, cities, and countries. What they're creating can cause a meltdown in so many systems.
