Wow, Its so much mouth watering and too good and if you can have some curd with it then its so good on stomach as well.
This is what i will have in my Lunch today and its another great dish which we can make with this blessed veggie Egg plant. Of course i like it more spicy and it tastes so good.

It is still too early for lunch but I will be making some smoked sausages and fried potatoes. I really love eggplant in all kinds of ways. One recipe I really enjoy is this one from online with eggplant.
Roasted eggplant adds a smooth, rich quality to garlic mashed potatoes served with fried onions and crumbled bacon.

That looks delicious, I love Indian chapati and I know how to make it

I think you can try as i heard they are easily available there as well, just the normal chopped onions, tomatoes, ginger, green chilies and of course the green coriander leaves
