Best way to propose a girl

Recently i saw a reality show similar to debate.At a point a situation came best proposal idea to get success.The main thing i got from there is an organisation is there to help lovers .One guy came as a chief guest for that show.
He impressed one girl by proposing with 100 hearty balloons and with a melody song.The girl from the audience gets surprised on proposal also she accepts.
do you have any idea?

All those looks good in movies or in fantasy worlds..real life cannot be based on such proposals...

I have no idea, I don't have time to watch such reality shows or anything.
But recently I got a video clipping which was a on a reality show, the lady anchor read about the writings of a guy about his feelings on wife, the guest of that show was a famous comedian actor, on hearing all the lines, he quickly replied, all of the lines are beautiful and I don't know who wrote this, whoever wrote this must be an unmarried person.

I do not think that it is a good idea...
Buy something memorable. For the money that guy spent on balloons, he could buy a cheap golden ring. (1000-1500rs).
I would not accept a proposal with balloons, as such a proposal shows that a guy is too young to manage his money, it is a waste.
