What is your favorite leafy green

I like leafy greens. I can say that I can't eat without them with my rice. I like spinach, bok choy, broccoli, kale, etc. They taste fresh and healthy. More over as what I've read from an article, they are nutritional powerhouses filled with vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. They are rich in chlorophyll, which alkalinizes the blood, and fiber, which keeps the colon healthy. However, my favorite leafy green is dark green lettuce. I like all cookings with dark green lettuce.

I remember one of the cartoon characters who gets his power by eating spinach.

@A_loves_B haha yeah I also remember ..and that's too much within fraction of seconds he gets energy by eating spinach

My favourite at the moment is a bed of spinach with an egg on top. I went to a cafe and chose a healthy breakfast option which consisted of egg, spinach, mushroom, tomato and toast. Since then I can't eat enough spinach although I love broccoli, kale and other green veg too.

@A_loves_B - it's a saying in the UK which means it is so delicious that you want to eat more than is available. It's not said in the literal sense .. I can buy as much as I want to.

Moringa, Lettuce, carrots and mustard green are mostly my favorite.

Ha ha ... It's good to be a worm. You can get all nutrients of the leafy greens' every time you eat green veggies.
