I am thinking of getting some healthy soup or making some. Do you have suggestions for any in the store or homemade?

Homemade potato soup. Completely healthy. Potatoes, as many as you want, onions, and cashew or almond milk. It's delicious. Now this makes me want to make some.
Dairy is off my diet.
Now, if you want to use regular milk, that's fine. You could also add cheese. I also add Mrs. Dash spices - so no salt - Garlic and herb, onion and herb, lemon pepper.

I love potato soup. That is what I am going to make. I don't drink dairy milk. I use almond milk, and I don't salt my food. Thanks for the idea.

@DianneN They are starting to make a few healthy soups on the market now, but you really have to be careful.

The hard part is finding them without sodium and fat if you buy in the store.

@MsBooklover Yes. Always. We Africans cannot do without meat. Sometimes, people take it as a sign of misfortune if there is no meat in their food.

@mydanods I can see that. Each culture is different.
