Alright, guys. If you were going to have a son or if you've already had a son, are you or did you circumsize them? Why?

I would not allow anybody to do the circumcision on my son. Like one member previously commented "the nature knows the best way", so if we are born like that, we are supposed to stay like that

I'm not a guy either.. But yes my kids would be circumsized because infections can grow faster not being and just because i believe its the right thing to do.. I guess it all depends on your beliefs but in the end not doing so could result in problems down the road, with girls, infections etc..

I actually had a long talk about this with Andrew. We decided if we ever had a boy that we would not. So.. I guess we're not going to :)

No I will never get my son Circumcised. I am a Hindu and by religion I am under no compulsion to do so. However I have heard from doctors that there are benifits to Circumsision... It is too painful to even think of...

I have 3 sons and all have been circumsized. It is partly because of traditional and religous reasons but mostly because of the medical benefits of circumcision. A large percentage of men who are not circumsized tend to have medical problems later in their adult life and end up having to be circumsized anyway. They say that an adult who is circumsized has to endure great pain so I think it is better to just go ahead and be circumsized at birth to avoid problems later in life
