Weird people

I work in HR, and have the privilege of speaking and dealing with humans of all kinds! Humans still remain most difficult people in order for all of us to understand the psychology.
They can be really pushy, sometimes very arrogant and sometime more generous then needed.
The same person can show different traits and thus confusing people around him.

I honestly think that we're all weird in some way, it's just that we don't always see ourselves as others do. My partner is very weird indeed and also very intelligent .. sometimes the two are connected.

We all are weird and should be comfortable with the same thought.

Sometimes people tend to feel high and superior most especially if they are on a higher position than us. They don't mind about other people's feelings as long as they can speak what's on their mind which unfortunately were mostly bad and hurtful words.

Agreed, the functioning of the brain itself is very different and hence no control on what people may say.
