The Return of Real Food

For the past 8 days, I have been on the Prism diet. The diet was brutal torture for this Mediterranean girl. Such diet claims to be faith-based. You don't want to know where I thought the diet was from... NO flour at all... no pasta, no potatoes, no bread, no sugar... Although I ate none of such food and even exercised, I gained weight in the stomach area. After asking a few Sparkfriends, I said to myself that enough is enough. FREEDOM Now, I may have the Mediterranean lifestyle I have followed my whole life. Exactly... a lifestyle. Something I can live with. If you are ever interested in the Prism diet, ask yourself if you could actually live on such a diet for your entire life. I am betting you couldn't. I just thought I would warn you ahead of time. I have weighed 94 pounds and I have weighed 200 pounds...all while on the Mediterranean diet. It is not the food. It is how much you consume and how much exercise you do. Have a super evening and I will meet you on the Mediterranean! photo source: pixabay

Weight gain will mostly occur within or around the stomach area. :Losing weight probably will certainly lessen health decline.

Losing weight with what works for me will lessen the health decline...which is the Mediterranean.
