Hope everyone is good..
I just had shower, today it wasn't cold and the weather was sunny so I decided to take shower with cold water..
Habit of taking risk..

As soon I had interaction with water....
I was jumping. 
the water was too cold far beyond my expectations...
..

i think you should wet your feet first before pouring the cold water in your body.

Yes I know the feeling! I don't like cold showers, in fact I hate being cold at any time. I'm what is known as a hot house flower in this country!
