A few nights ago I made a dish called pan fajita that I found on Pinterest. This was an easy one that I could change and make gluten free. It took me 2 store trips to find the McCormick gluten free taco seasoning (yes wheat /Gluten is even in taco seasoning. I’m not kidding when I say it’s in everything.) Once I found the taco seasoning the rest was easy. The recipe called for me to add also cumin and chili powder but I choice not to add those thinking it would be too much for my kids. (Good choice.) I added sweet peppers, and onion, chicken breast, mixed in a bowl with a little vegetable oil and stired in the taco seasoning. Put in the oven at 375 for 15-20 minutes and it was done. We didn’t use any tortias I could have got some corn shells or done rice but it was A fast night dinner so I didn’t have time for that. Two of my kids loved it brbsaid less seasoning next time so I told them I’ll use have of it. My husband loved it and ate his with some cheese corn chips.
