How do you love yourself more? / myLot

I don't know to love myself. I judge myself and I think a lot of people have this problem. We have to learn how to love ourselves and how to have compassion for ourselves. I know I should love myself, but I don't know how to do this. How can we love life and ourselves? We have to be our best friends if we want to overcome difficulties.

Well one way is to know your boundaries. When others encroach on you, you can start saying no and that helps to love yourself and respect yourself more.

Hi! That is the problem. We forget to love ourselves first. But for me, I love myself more by always making sure I take good care of myself. How will we love others if we do not love ourselves first?

We are not taught to love ourselves. We are taught what other perceive we should be. I am critical of myself. But I am very content with who I am.

We can love ourselves by our talents.and success , hardworking nature , problems we faced and by experience we gained by being strong...it's must to appreciate ourselves in our life sometimes
