Patty Jenkins, the director of the Box office monster Wonderwoman announced Kristin Wiig will be the villain on the sequel. She will play Wonder Woman's nemisis Cheetah. Cheetah is like a wearwolf but instead of turning into a wolf, she turned into a cat. She is one of the most serious supervillains out there, So I wonder if a comedic actress can pull a role like this of. I suddenly remember the attempts of comedians Adam Sandler and Jim Carrey's attempt on making a serious movie. Why do you think many comedians can't escape the comedy typecast? Do you think this role will lead to Kristin escaping being a comedy actress or do you think she will still do comedy? This is one of her comedic works.
