it is needed for the project "design and development of indigenous laryngeal stent'. laryngeal stents are used to prevent laryngeal stenosis ie. narrowing of the larynx.the laryngeal stents dat r being used in India are imported from foreign countries and hence are expensive. im looking for the ideal biocompatible silicon rubber that would be available in india which can be used as a temporary implant for a time period of 1month to 3 months.
