Project Deadline

Project Deadline is the biggest joke I heard in IT industry. Either deadlines are so small that employees need to work 18 hours a day or too long that they don't even work for few days . Mostly no discussions happen manager and client decide deadline and for team to complete project. Do you think under pressure employee will be able to deliver???

No, I never think so, I give liberty to my people and my owner gives liberty to get maximum out put! I feel sorry...but with changing times, the things are getting changed and I think you need to keep yourself ready to face the targets on the time to be in the Industry! God bless @neha211985!
